Biography

I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years and have been involved in over 1000 real estate transactions. Because of this, I do things differently than most realtors.


Whether you are buying or selling, I listen to my clients to come up with strategies and solutions to ensure your best interests are top of mind.


My background is not only home sales, but construction and project management. I have many great contacts to share with you, including: mortgage brokers, lawyers, trades and suppliers. My team has over 50 years of combined real estate experience which includes marketing, design and interior decorating. Whether you are looking for your first home, want to move-up or down-size, build or renovate, I will find the ideal property for you.

When we determine a listing price for your home, we will not only use the competitive market analysis but will take into account the benefits of your lot and location, the upgraded features in your home, plus any improvements you may have done. 1) Detailed listing on Realtor.ca
Your home will be presented with a professionally written narrative promoting the value and attracting
qualified buyers. It will be searchable by both realtors and the general public. Here, I will also postOpen Houses or special events.


2) Professional Photography & RMS Measurements
I use only the best Real Estate Photographers to take both professional photos as well as accurate RMS measurements of your home. Depending on the situation we can also arrange for 3D or video tours.


3) Marketing
Marketing will include a combination of traditional & digital marketing:
Open Houses (in person when possible, or virtual), professional brochures and flyers, door knocking and cold calling, plus strategic advertising and social media marketing. I also have an extensive network of industry professionals including mortgage reps, lawyers, interior decorators, renovation professionals - basically anything you need to maximize your selling potential.


4) Staging
You will have the option of having an interior decorator make recommendations in your home for ideal furniture placement so it will show to its fullest potential. It is suggested that personal items such as photos and most acccessories be tucked away for photos and viewings. This just helps potential buyers visualize themselves living in the home.


5) Safety
Your safety during these uncertain times is a top priority. I will ensure that anyone wishing to see your home follows strict COVID protocals including wearing a mask and sanitizing their hands upon entry.
